Something went wrong with a payment. Tell us what happened and we will fix it. Refunds and unused credits are covered in the Terms of Use.

You want your unused credits back. Just ask. No reason needed.

You want everything we hold about you, or you want it deleted. Write and say so. We answer within 30 days, and it costs nothing.

Somebody wrote something that does not belong here. Report it and we will look within 48 hours.

You think our screening got it wrong and held something of yours that should have gone up. A human being will read it and decide.

We answer within 5 business days, usually sooner.

If you are in crisis, please do not wait for us. Nobody here is watching for emergencies.
